Refund, Dispute, and Cancellation Policy


 

1. Refund Policy

At Light Field Inc., as the parent company to our subsidiaries, we are committed to ensuring satisfaction across all products and services offered under our corporate umbrella. Refund eligibility is subject to the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original transaction date.
     
  • Products must be unused and in their original condition, and services must not have been fully rendered to qualify for a refund.
     
  • Customized, specialized, or perishable products and services may be non-refundable, unless proven defective or not delivered as described by the respective subsidiary.
     
  • Refund requests should include proof of purchase, the subsidiary providing the product or service, and a detailed reason for the request.
     

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and the subsidiary handling fulfillment.

2. Dispute Policy

If you believe there is an error with your order, billing, or service delivery from any Light Field Inc. subsidiary:

  1. Contact the subsidiary’s support team within 7 days of identifying the issue.
     
  2. Provide your order number, date of purchase, subsidiary name, and a clear explanation of your dispute.
     
  3. The subsidiary will investigate and respond within 5 business days with a resolution or request for additional information.
     

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached at the subsidiary level, Light Field Inc. will provide executive review upon request to ensure fair and equitable handling of all disputes under our corporate standards.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order or scheduled service under the following conditions:

  • For products: Cancellations must be requested before the item has shipped to receive a full refund. Once shipped, refer to the Refund Policy above.
     
  • For services: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee. Services canceled within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
     

Light Field Inc. and its subsidiaries reserve the right to cancel orders or services due to operational constraints, unforeseen circumstances, or errors in availability or pricing. In such events, customers will be notified immediately, and any charges will be refunded in full if cancellation is initiated by us.
